Scope
This policy covers the CardCrop website and the CardCrop product family published by Subchain LLC: CardCrop Mobile and CardCrop Desktop.
Images and device permissions
CardCrop processes card photos locally for capture, cropping, review, and export. Camera and photo-library permissions support the features you choose to use. CardCrop Desktop works with local photo files and outputs. The website does not receive your image files or provide a cloud image-upload account. You choose whether to save, share, or send an image to another service.
Purchases and distribution
Apple distributes CardCrop Mobile and handles its in-app purchases, refunds, and related account/payment information under Apple’s policies. Desktop installation, updates, purchase activation, and Restore use Subchain distribution and licensing services; purchase and entitlement information and device-related licensing identifiers support those workflows. CardCrop images are separate from purchase and licensing information.
Website and contact information
This website is informational. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request data, including IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or performance logs. The site has no account registration, embedded checkout, or connected contact form. If you email support, Subchain LLC receives the contact details, message, attachments, and email metadata you provide and uses them to respond and maintain support records.
Service providers and disclosure
Hosting, email, distribution, and purchase providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, in a business transfer, or with your consent. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
Information is retained as reasonably needed for support, ordinary business records, security, or legal obligations. No network, device, or email system can be guaranteed secure. Please do not send passwords, cookies, or recovery credentials to support.
Your choices
You can choose what to include when contacting support. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by emailing support@subchainapp.com, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations.
Children and international visitors
These services are not directed to children under 13. Contact Subchain LLC if you believe a child has provided personal information. Subchain LLC operates from the United States; hosting and email providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
